Trackers can be done in various ways, from a simple tick list to using different colours to indicate different things, I.E. a vitamin tracker might just a tick list for once a day where as a mood tracker would have different moods like happy, stressed, sad, anxious, tired, relaxed and average to track.
I started using trackers at the beginning of the year and has been interesting to see the results over the months, for example I started doing a rate my day and you can see the days that I have been feeling good and the days that have not been good. It has been helpful to see if there are any patterns etc.
